I have visited the Cadence community throughout the stages of development. Tom Carroll, Owner of New Creation Land Developers and developer of Cadence has really out done himself on this community. I was most impressed with my recent visit there. The overall layout of the development and the homesites, are to me what living in the North Georgia Mountains are all about….even if you are not a horse person. The homes being built by New Creation along with the Moss Creek designs are incredible, a true representation of Rustic Elegance. Cadence is only a few short miles from downtown Blue Ridge, GA. and only about a two hour drive from Atlanta.
