First...Thanks. To answer your question, I believe that we are seeing more foreclosures on second homes. However, the startling news is that it is not the Buyer&#039;s that are being foreclosed on, it&#039;s the builders and the developers. I believe that there have been and will continue to be a lot of them that fall prey to this shift in the Real Estate market.
